Debby Tattoli

Debby Tattoli is an experienced aquatic professional with more than 30 years of experience in swim teaching, coaching, coach education, and aquatic business leadership. As Director of 5 Star Swim Schools, she oversees six swim school locations, while also serving as Head Coach of Kincumber Pacific Dolphins Swim Club.

Throughout her career, Debby has successfully developed swimmers from their first lessons through to national-level competition, including athletes selected on Australian representative teams and multiple National medallists. She is a respected course presenter and educator, passionate about sharing knowledge and developing the next generation of swim teachers and coaches.

Debby’s greatest passion remains Learn to Swim, where she is committed to creating positive aquatic experiences, improving teaching standards, and helping more people develop lifelong confidence and skills in the water.
