Cheryl Philp

Cheryl Philp has dedicated twenty‑six years to the aquatic world, coaching and teaching across Scotland, America, Thailand, and China. Her career spans from working with high‑performance national swimmers to running a non‑profit summer camp supporting children with cancer. She currently serves as Aquatics Coordinator at Hangzhou International School, China.

Over the past decade, every program Cheryl has led has produced national age‑group champions and medalists from countries worldwide.

Her passion lies in creating positive learning environments and future forward models of culture development where every swimmer feels safe, supported, and confident to thrive.
