Carly has built a career dedicated to enhancing community engagement, operational excellence, and strategic development in the aquatics industry.

Currently serving as the Aquatic Centre Manager at Sunshine Coast Grammar Aquatic Centre, Carly has also overseen significant capital projects, including the installation of advanced technology, and major electrical plant room repairs.

With a passion for inclusivity and sustainability, Carly has contributed to the aquatic industry through roles such as a Swimming Queensland Presenter,delivering training to industry professionals. Previously, as the Facilities Manager at St Peters Aquatics, Carly successfully developed and managed aquaticprograms, improved enrolment rates, oversaw whole plant room refurbishment and maintained compliance with safety regulations.
