Connor Bailey was the 2024 Australian teacher of the Year for Learners with Disability. Connor is part of the leadership team responsible for Darren Lange Swimming Academy Swim School of the Year Award.
Connor was also a SwimINFO Presenter for 2025 in Melbourne. He Co-Presented with Kylie Messenger for a SWIM Webinar in April 2025.
