Karen Baildon

Karen Baildon is the owner and co-founder of Superfish Swim Schools. Superfish is in its 29th year of operation. Superfish has 5x sites in Queensland and boasts a team of 90+ instructors, currently instructing between 6000 – 7000 children each week.
Karen is responsible for Superfish’s program creation, active teaching programming, teaching & administration training, advertising & marketing and new business development.
Two achievements that have meant a lot to Karen personally have been – Winning the elusive Meritorious Service to the Teaching of Swimming in Australia in 2020 and speaking at the World Aquatic Development Conference, on Under 3’s Drowning Prevention, in 2020 in Sweden.
Karen has a long history in Learn to Swim and to this day is joyfully engaged in this industry.
