Coaching 10 and Unders with Leigh Nugent: Building Skills, Confidence and Long-Term Potential
Working with 10 and under swimmers is about much more than sets, times and technique. This session with Leigh Nugent will explore how coaches can create positive, age-appropriate training environments that support skill development, confidence, enjoyment and long-term progression in the sport.
Leigh will share practical insights into coaching young swimmers, including how to recognise developmental differences, build strong foundations, keep sessions engaging and balance fun with purposeful learning.
