Lockie Ong is a Co-Founder and the Chief Trainer of Red Dot Penguins. As an aquatic educator and coach developer with a strong focus on developing the people who teach swimming, his work centres on helping swimming teachers and coaches create positive, engaging learning experiences that build confidence, enjoyment and a lasting connection with the water.

At the heart of his work is a consistent question: How can we create experiences that help children fall in love with swimming?
