Mehdi Aardin

Over the past 10 years, Mehdi has built a strong career across swim teacher training, swim school leadership and business development. He is the Director of HomeSwimAustralia, where he focuses on training swimming teachers across a range of levels and specialties, supporting the development of confident, capable and professional educators.

Mehdi is also the Director of FuntoSwim, a swim school with two branches located in North Ryde and North Turramurra. Through this role, he has gained extensive experience in swim school operations, team leadership, program development and customer engagement.

In addition to his work in the aquatic industry, Mehdi is the Director of TopDev, a business focused on AI and automation. Through TopDev, he is developing practical technology solutions for swim schools, including an AI receptionist designed to improve communication, streamline administration and support business efficiency.
