Nicole Webster brings over 20 years of experience in the aquatics and recreation industry, with expertise in business strategy, project management, learning and development, and people and culture. As well as owning a consulting business, Nicole has held a variety of roles across the industry and aims to support organisations to strengthen their people, systems, and community impact. Nicole is a committed leader with a passion for creating environments where individuals and teams can thrive.
Currently, Nicole is the National Coach Development Manager for Swimming Australia, where she is leading the rollout of a world-class coaching framework to support swimming coaches at all levels. This transformative project will enhance the experience of coaches and athletes for years to come.

Sebastian Bettiol is an experienced manager, educator, and Australian Swim Coach with over 15 years of leadership across secondary education and the aquatics industry. Seb has held senior roles in student wellbeing and curriculum for education, has coached both able-bodied and para swimmers to performance levels, and led aquatic programs.

Seb’s strengths lie in athlete development, coaching practice, staff mentoring, learning design, and building positive team environments. He is passionate about helping people of all ages to thrive through sport and education.

Seb is currently an integral member of the Coach Development Team with Nicole, contributing to the national vision for coach education and development under the Swimming Australia National Coaching Framework.
