Therese Dogra
Founder & Principal Consultant - Collaborative Culture
Therese Dogra is a inclusion consultant, co-design specialist, and community leader with more than 17 years’ experience across disability, aged care,community sport, arts, and not-for-profit sectors. She is the Founder of Collaborative Culture and Co-Director of Active Flow Rehab, working nationally across disability inclusion, program design, and lived-experience leadership. Therese leads major inclusion initiatives including the My Active Life (MAL) project,which has supported over 8,000 people with disability to participate in sport and recreation. She has partnered with Deakin University on research into co-design and the impact of sport and recreation for people with disability, and regularly presents at sector conferences including SWIMCON 2023, ARATA and OTA. She is currently completing a Master of Autism Studies at Griffith University.
