Remote Pools Project supports First Nations people to improve community health and vitality.
In remote regions across the Northern Territory, the public swimming pool is a vital community resource, that provides a healthy place for children and families to cool down in hot climates, learn water safety, improve hygiene, and increase physical activity, known protectors against the onset of chronic disease.
