Leading a team of Aquatic specialists to deliver a world class aquatic programs and operations at Cranbrook’s Murray Rose Aquatic and Fitness Centre in Bellevue Hill.

With extensive experience in leisure facilities, I have provided comprehensive business, growth, marketing, and development plans with many council partners in National, Area/Partnership and product specialist roles.

As Operations Manager, I have demonstrated excellence in leadership, performance, and compliance across six large-scale aquatic and leisure facilities in City of Sydney council.

I have developed robust strategies, curriculums, and frameworks for the learn-to-swim, squads and aquatic programs on National and centre based levels for Greenwich Leisure, Belgravia, City of Sydney and Cranbrook.

With over 16 years of experience in the fitness, leisure, and aquatics industry, I have held teaching, coaching, and management positions, consistently delivering successful operations, product development and growth. My skills in budgeting, people management, team building, interpersonal skills, and marketing have contributed to my professional achievements.

Australian Dolphin #682 – I have represented Australia in swimming at the Olympic & Commonwealth Games and World Championships. I studied Exercise & Sports science and possess a great passion for all sports.
